By using the Serenity website or booking a session with our practice, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use our services.

Using Our Services

Our website and booking tools are provided to help you learn about our practice and schedule sessions. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for its intended purpose.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which your therapist will explain during intake.

Payment

Session fees are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards and, where applicable, insurance through participating providers.

Confidentiality

What you share in session is confidential and protected under applicable law and professional ethics codes, with limited exceptions required by law, such as imminent risk of harm.

Limitation of Liability

Our website provides general information and is not a substitute for professional care. In a crisis, please contact emergency services or a crisis line rather than relying on this site.
